Mr. Henderson performs such a professional and courteous jobs every time. I have a contract with him to exterminate croaches in two houses. One is terribly infested and one is lightly. During the course of the treatment, I have seen significant improvement from both houses. Croaches are almost gone in the heavy infested. I understand that croaches are hard to get rid of, but I'm happy with the results so far. I will have Mr. Henderson again next year until we get rid of these pest.

Four hours later I still didn't have a return call, still haven't.  I called Hub City and received a chat within 10 minutes and a call back next. Harrison went that day to start the process. They ended up having more than one nest and he followed up until their problem was gone. The customer service was exceptional and greatly appreciated!

Awesome service. The attention to detail and responsiveness has been great. Treated the porch ceilings in a way that  definitely improved the spider web issue. Never seen that done before.  Trying out the misquote treatment this spring. Will provide an update.
